Konami is trying to make things right with players of Metal Gear Survive and is offering some free stuff to make amends for server issues and react to some poor reviews.
“We know there’s been some bumps during launch and we’re working hard to sort out the final issues,” Konami wrote on Twitter.
Konami is giving away 100 SV coins and 1 Premium boost pass to players who created an avatar in Metal Gear Survive before February 27.
Konami also rolled out a new patch to address balance issues among other things.
Metal Gear Survive has been updated to tweak the balance for the Clear Rank requirement on hard-level co-op missions and “fixe[s] a recipe for custom undergarments.”
See the patch notes below, which Konami posted on Twitter:
Secondly, following the scheduled server maintenance, we’ve fixed several issues and made some balancing changes. Please note any equipped ammo was moved to the storehouse. Check out the patch notes for more details. (2/3) pic.twitter.com/pNCvIGXqIL
