YouTube streamer Dr Disrespect may be one of the most popular and successful streamers in the industry, but it won’t help him land a spot in the upcoming Toronto Ultra Call of Duty Tournament.
According to ScreenRant, Dr Disrespect has been banned from competing in the tournament, likely because of his infamous, yet mysterious, Twitch ban from last year, as the tournament will be broadcasted live on Twitch.
Almost a whole year later, there are still no details regarding why Dr Disrespect was banned from Twitch, and it doesn’t seem like any of the drama has cooled since, as he has been streaming exclusively on YouTube with no signs of any return to Twitch in the future.
Dr Disrespect, and another streamer he plays COD with Zack “ZLaner” Lane, who was last year’s Toronto Ultra Tournament winner, were expecting to participate in this year’s tournament. Unfortunately, Doc won’t be joining him.
