PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Adding Replay Mode To Enable Cheater Reporting

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is implementing a system that will allow players to reports those who are cheating.

Thanks to a replay mode, cheaters can be flagged for doing just that, as explained in a Steam Community blog post outlining what changes are coming in the next patch.

“This means that you no longer need to be killed by a suspected cheater for you to be able to use the in-game reporting tool”.

The new patch will allow players will to report directly from the player list, as well as on the timeline when observing or following a match encouraging players to help rid the game of players who are “undermining your enjoyment of the game”.
