It’s hard to find time to go to the gym and workout which makes taking classes online the best way to workout and fit your schedule at the same time! There are a number of classes you can take, often with the help and instruction of fitness content creators, who have been experiencing a boom since the lockdowns that started in 2020. In that time, fitness streams have become the go to for staying in shape, even if you dont have the time to keep up with a fitness streaming platform.

  • More than half of online fitness users also go to the gym 3x a week and spend more time on average than other members
  • 72% of fitness club owners created and started offering an on-demand or live streaming service, an increase of 25% from 2019 [2021]

Those are incredible numbers, and there are overwhelming numbers behind them. Of course, the most popular being yoga streams and online yoga classes. Followed up by HIIT streams and popular HIIT online classes, headlined by brands such as BeachBody.

Moving down the list of most popular class bookings online you land at Barre streams, and the folks who are flooding the online Barre classes, a fast growing niche that is really showing a takeoff in the online fitness world.
