Sony Planning For Playstation 5

Sony is always looking to the future and with the continued success of the PS4 and the PS4 Pro, they are already talking about a Playstation 5, but the potential console wouldn’t be ready until possibly 2020.

According to Kotaku, the console might not release until 2020, but the report, citing two unnamed developers, quoted the sources as saying that plans can change, “on a multi-year project, a lot can happen to shift schedules both forward and backward,”

“At some point, Sony’s probably looked at every possible date. It’s all about what they think is the best sweet spot in terms of hardware.”

The report comes out when rumors are circulating that a PS5 could be released later this year.
