The internet gaming community is buzzing about the potential that EA Originals project ‘Fe’ which looks as though it is going to be a very well-received adventure game.
“Our most important inspiration is always going to be nature for this one,” Hugo Bille, the game’s creative director, said to Polygon’s Alegra Frank.
“Something that’s true to the nature of the Nordic forest. There’s no spoken language and so on.”
From communicating with animals to expanding the vision of the forest, the game seems to be a deep dive into a personal fantasy story.
“Metroid and Zelda are huge inspirations in how they encourage you to re-explore older areas,” Bille said. “It’s a great tool to make it easier for players to really know a place.”
Fe is set for release on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One early 2018.
