XenoBlade Chronicles 2 is getting a brand new patch next week and it includes a New Game Plus mode.
The new game mode is available to all players and will drop before the DLC coming this fall.
“This is a second playthrough element that everyone who cleared the game will be able to play,” Monolith Soft director, Tetsuya Takahashi said, according Gematsu,”but rather than it simply be a second playthrough, several new specifications have been added.”
Gamers will be able to acquire Blades on the Torna side, and Akhos, Patroka, and Mikhail from Torna can also be acquired as Blades. Takahashi says they gave “greater priority to the fun of it as a game”.
Players with the expansion pass will get the Helpful Items Pack 4.
