Blizzard announced it had raised $12.7 million for breast cancer research thanks to the sales of the Pink Mercy skin and t-shirt.
Per their announcement, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) will use the funds to examine every aspect of breast cancer diagnosis for women and men across the globe, and the funds will be dispersed between the Precision Prevention Initiative, the BCRF Translational Breast Cancer Research Consortium Award, and 25 Annual BCRF Research Grants.
