Fortnite’s limited-time Blitz mode officially went live this week and Epic Games is already making some adjustments to improve the experience.
Epic has released an update that will make building resources less plentiful. Tuesday’s tweak will reduce resources gained by looting and farming.
“Having tons of resources is a blast, and our goal with the mode was to make it easier to gain resources due to the storm moving in so much faster,” Epic said on Reddit.
“We believe that our initial resource numbers were a bit too abundant, and are making this adjustment to ensure there is still some risk/reward when farming in Blitz.”
Floor loot resources have been reduced from 100 to 60 and farming resources increase has reduced from 200% to 150%.
