Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Will Have Battle Royale, No Single Player Mode

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is looking to take the fight to the popular Fortnite and PUBG titles as it supposedly consist of a multiplayer mode only, including a Battle Royale mode similar to Fortnite.

That means that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will not offer a traditional single-player campaign mode and the team is instead focused on expanding multiplyer and the game’s popular Zombies mode.

The news comes courtesy of both Kotaku and Polygon, who reported similar findings.

Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is scheduled for release on Oct. 12, 2018, on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
