Blizzard won’t be reworking anyone else, anytime soon, in Overwatch, as lead hero designer Geoff Goodman stated during an interview at BlizzCon, showing that following the recent reworking of Torbjorn that the team is currently content with how the roster has lined up.
“We don’t have any plans to rework anybody right now, but that doesn’t stop us if we decide that the game was changing in such a way that it is necessary again.”
It is worth noting that Goodman admitted that they’ve “talked on and off” about Bastion’s place in the game, and revealed that internal discussions regarding reworking him have taken place, so if Blizzard does decide to rework another character down the road, Bastion may be the hero.
