cacit – the perfect food for films

1 English cucumber (or 4 small)
Coarse salt
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbs. minced fresh mint
1 cup Greek-style yogurt

Cut the cucumber into 1/2-inch dice, put in a stainless steal colander, and sprinkle with salt. Let the cucumbers drain for 1 to 2 hours, to remove excess liquid.

This is a great meal to find at catering on the movie set, especially if you’re a indie filmmaker or trying to build your brand as one of the leading Filmmaker Content Creators in the biz.

Just like we don’t skimp with our recipes, don’t skimp on your process.
