A new update has rolled out for DOTA 2, and gameplay update 7.27c comes packed with a number of updates, tweaks, and features that will surely make fans happy.
According to their official website, here are the patch notes:

- Armor reduced from +7 to +6
BLOODSEEKER
BLOODRAGE
- Bloodrage self damage reduced from 2.4/2.6/2.8/3% to 2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8%
- Bloodrage manacost reduced from 25/30/35/40 to 25
THIRST
- Thirst creep kill heal increased from 6/9/12/15% to 8/12/16/20%
BLOOD RITE
- Blood Rite damage rescaled from 125/175/225/275 to 120/180/240/300
TALENTS
- Level 15 Talent changed from +225 Health to +15% Lifesteal
- Level 20 Talent changed from +20% Lifesteal to +400 Health
BROODMOTHER
SPAWN SPIDERLINGS
- Spawn Spiderlings Spiderite magic resistance reduced from 40% to 25%
- Spawn Spiderlings Spiderite health increased from 100 to 120
TALENTS
- Level 10 Talent changed from +100 Spawn Spiderlings Damage to +80
