Twitch streamer Jayden “YourPrincess” Diaz has decided to drop out of an upcoming Twitch Rivals tournament following the fallout from a draft.
According to InvenGlobal, YourPrincess was named one of the team captains, and was allowed to select teammates from a large pool and drafted the likes of Michael “MikeYeung” Yeung, Kishan “Dragoon” Makati, Yanni “LL Stylish” Azamoum, and Derek “Lohpally” Abrams.
Following the draft, a number of players that she selected dropped out of the tournament, citing both scheduling conflicts as well as controversy surrounding YourPrincess’ participation in the event. Twitch Rivals draws some of the top twitch streamers, female streamers, esports teams, esports players, and even some of the top esports casters to call the action.
