Tayhuhu Un-Banned On Twitch Following Backlash

Twitch has corrected their controversial indefinite ban of Brazilian streamer Tayhuhu, who plays Valorant for INTZ’s all-women team, for an incident when her daughter interacted with chat during one of her twitch streams.

Tayhuhu’s daughter showed up on stream, without her knowledge, while she was out getting groceries, which caught the attention of the streaming platform. Twitch doesn’t allow anyone under the age of thirteen on their platform.

Following her announcement of the ban issued by Twitch, a petition started circulating online calling for Twitch to reverse their ruling.

In response to the widespread backlash, Twitch has now unbanned Tayhuhu, but did not offer any comments as to the ban, it’s ruling, or the reversal of that decision.
