Cloud9 is looking to make a pair of moves that could have a huge impact on it’s organization moving forward.
According to nLendirekt at 1pv.fr, Cloud9 is closing in on acquiring Erick “Xeppaa” Bach from Chaos Esports Club. The club had been looking to add a sixth player to their team, and it appears the free agent is on their radar.
But Cloud9 isn’t stopping there.
According to Rushbmedia’s Ryan Friend, Cloud9 is also looking to bring back Chris “Elmapuddy” Tebbit, this time as the team’s head coach.
Tebbit started with the organization as an Assisstant Coach back in September 2019 alongside former head coach James “JamezIRL” Macaulay and former Head of Data Science Soham “Valens” Chowdhury. He then moved on from Cloud9 only three months into his term when Gen.G acquired Damian “daps” Steele, Kenneth “koosta” Suen, and Timothy “autimatic” Ta in December 2019, and went on to have success there as well.
If Tebbit does return, he will work alongside Josh “m1cks” Micks as his Assistant Coach.
