Palestine and Jordan
- 4 cups yogurt, plain
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil, or 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender; then blend for a few moments. Place in a serving bowl and chill. Serve as a dip with Arabic (pita) bread.
Serves 6 to 8.
